Delivery charges

From CHF / EUR 1,000 order value, we offer free delivery within Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Europe. For orders with a lower value, we will charge the following delivery charges:

• Accessories:
  CHF 11.00 postage per shipment within Switzerland
  EUR 20.00 postage and EUR 35.00 customs clearance costs ‘DDP untaxed’ per shipment within Europe
  
• Shower systems:
  CHF 32.50 postage per shipment within Switzerland
  EUR 30.00 postage and EUR 35.00 customs clearance costs ‘DDP untaxed’ per shipment within Europe

Delivery time

The standard delivery time within Switzerland is 3–5 working days from receipt of payment. Your goods are usually delivered in the morning.

The standard delivery time within Europe varies depending on the destination country, ranging from 3 to 10 working days from receipt of payment.

Parcel service

Your order is usually delivered by Swiss Post or DPD. If you wish to have the parcel left at a specific location or handed over to a neighbour in the event of your absence, please let us know by
entering this information in the ‘Comments’ field after providing your address.

Pricing / VAT

Prices in Swiss francs (CHF) are indicated inclusive of 8.1% VAT, ex works Münsingen (CH). Packaging included.
Prices in euros (EUR) are indicated excluding VAT, ex works Münsingen (CH). Packaging is included. VAT is payable in the recipient’s country and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. The amount is determined by the relevant national regulations of the recipient’s country.

Returns / Complaints

We do not accept returns of ordered items, particularly as our shower systems are personal care products and come into direct contact with the skin (hygiene). Before shipping, the shower systems and accessories are checked once again to ensure they are of impeccable quality. Should you discover a fault upon receipt of the goods, please contact us by telephone or email within eight days of receipt, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.For countries outside Switzerland and Europe, or for further information, please contact us. We are happy to assist you.
