Refund policy

We do not accept returns of ordered items, particularly as our shower systems are personal care products and come into direct contact with the skin (for hygiene reasons). Before dispatch, the shower systems and accessories are checked once again to ensure they are of impeccable quality. Should you discover a fault upon receipt of the goods, please contact us by telephone or email within eight days of receipt, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
